Glitch Clothing – Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy
Applicability of Policy
By using glitchclothing.in or placing an order through the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, we advise you not to proceed with a transaction.
Please note that our policies may be updated from time to time. We recommend reviewing them before every purchase to stay informed of the current terms.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery for eligible items. Once your request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent, and our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 24–48 hours.
Pick-Up Attempts
Pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, you may be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse. Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area.
No Reverse Shipping Fee
We do not charge any reverse shipping fee. All eligible return/exchange pickups are completely free.
Quality Check (QC)
All returned items go through a mandatory quality check once they reach our warehouse. If the product passes QC, your exchange or return request will proceed. If it fails QC, the product will be sent back to you.
Exchange Processing Time
Approved exchanges are processed within 7–10 working days.
Out-of-Stock Products
If your requested item is out of stock, you’ll be offered either:

An exchange for another product.

A Glitch Gift Card for future purchases, valid for 6 months.
Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds. All eligible returns are refunded via Glitch Store Credits (Gift Cards), emailed directly to you. These credits can be used for any future purchase on our website and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (India): Absolutely free, always.

International Shipping: Flat $24 USD charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:

The product does not fit.

The item is damaged or defective.

Accessories or parts are missing.
Return/Exchange Conditions
To qualify, the item must:

Be in unused, unwashed, and saleable condition.

Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Not be altered (unless due to a manufacturing defect).

Be returned under the same order ID and match our records.

Be free of any stains, odors, tears, or damage.

If bought as part of a set, the full set must be returned.
Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, rompers, and stationery items (e.g., stickers)
Cancellation Policy
All prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. In exceptional cases where a cancellation is approved, the amount will be refunded as a Glitch Gift Card, valid for 6 months.
