RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By agreeing to use the Glitch Clothing Portal and/or initiating a request for the purchase of products on the Portal, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on glitchclothing.in

Please note that we may update the terms of this policy from time to time. We recommend reviewing the policy before each transaction to ensure you understand the terms and conditions applicable at that time.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We offer exchanges and returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange or return request has been accepted, a notification will be sent to your registered email, and our logistics partner will arrange for a pickup within 24-48 hours.

  • Pick-Up Attempts: Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the item back to our warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to availability in your area.

  • Quality Check: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). If the product passes QC, your exchange or return request will proceed.

    • Exchange Processing Time: The estimated delivery time for exchanges is 7-10 working days.
    • Out-of-Stock Items: If an exchange in size or color is not possible due to stock availability, we will offer an exchange for another product or issue a gift card that can be used for future online purchases or at any of our stores.
  • Refunds:Currently, we are offering no refunds.

    • Non-refundable Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

You may initiate a return or exchange if the product:

  • Does not fit.
  • Has been damaged, either in product or packaging.
  • Is defective.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product has not been worn, washed, or altered.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact and unaltered.
  • The product is not altered, unless the alteration is a result of a vendor defect.
  • The return is being processed under the order in which the product was bought and matches our records.
  • There are no odors, stains, tears, scratches, or other damage to the product.
  • If the product was bought as part of a set, it must be returned as the complete set.
  • The product is in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and saleable condition.

Returns and exchanges are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Once a return request is acknowledged, they will contact you to arrange the collection of the product.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet these conditions.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Prepaid Orders: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Prepaid orders are final.
  • Refunds for Prepaid Orders: In cases where refunds are applicable, they will be issued in the form of a gift card for the value of the purchase (excluding shipping charges). This gift card is valid for 6 months and can be redeemed on future purchases. Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be used at our online store or physical locations.
